Feedback about Versa Lite - My experience

I switched to the Versa Lite about a year ago. When the Dec. Firmware update was offered, I did it and it absolutely ruined my watch. After trying everything I could on my own, I spent a long time chatting with customer service, they offered to just send a replacement. This one worked fine for awhile, but then I did the latest Firmware update (I thought I had to for functionality, etc.). Yesterday, my clock face was incorrect, occasionally it stops syncing and then starts again, I can't get it to sync to MyFitnessPal even though it shows as being linked, and the battery drains so quickly that it's totally unacceptable. I could call and see if they would offer another since it's still in my warranty period, but I honestly don't know that I WANT another one. I have been a FB fan for many years, too, various models. They must have some very serious QC issues with their software and hardware. Customer service has always been great, I might add. I love the sleep tracking and am reluctant giving up on FB, but this is ridiculous. If your product isn't ready to roll out, don't do it. My problems with FB before the smartwatch were more things like the screen cracking and hardware issues. For the price, they have a short lifespan.
