I've had my Versa for almost 2 years. A few days ago, I woke up and it displayed a heart rate of over 200 bpm. After a while, bpm went down, but still showing about 20 bpm higher than my typical resting rate. Searching for fixes only showed this is apparently a known issue for at least the past 2 years and none of the offered solutions fixes the problem.
Very well, I got my use out of the device, and suppose I'm grateful it "died" around Black Friday when I could replace it inexpensively. Fitbit's failure to fix issues like this and others convinced me to switch to a competitor.
