Heart rate unreliable while working out, Fitbit will not release a chest strap to alleviate this issue.

Notifications unreliable, Fitbit will not be transparent of progress on this issue and cannot fix since release. What gives?

Is fitbit actively working on notification problem? I see a banner at top of webpage that states "We’re aware that some customers may experience a compatibility issue with notifications after updating their iPhone to iOS 13. Find help here"

Obviously this is a known problem with every phone make and model not just IOS devices.

Why are we as customers still suffering from this problem? This product does not do what fitbit states that it does, this product is unpolished and the software feels like a beta not something that should be released as it absolutely does not work.
