Feedback about "help and support" availability in the app

After the "update" help and support are no longer available on my app for the Versa. Fitbit, you have lost our trust, and it will be difficult to get it back after the way you have acted about this. I don't think your worst enemy could have hacked your system and put out an "update" that would have caused more ill will.
