I am absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service with Fitbit. I am saying goodbye to this company- If you are thinking about purchasing from them I would reconsider your options. I purchased the Versa last year at the pre-sale and received it at the end of April, I am less then a month out of my "warranty" and got the dreaded black screen. It is dead. Then customer service apologized for a known issue, but offers no replacement but 25% off my next purchase. Ummm, that is not an acceptable offer for an expensive tracker. I will try Apple and see how that tracker is in comparison, because frankly, I am beyond upset with Fitbit.

I simply do not understand the ethics behind this company anymore. What happened to my Versa is a known issue/defect in the product, not a owner warranty problem. And you brush us under the rug as if your customers mean nothing to your business. This should be an item recall, yet you continue to treat all Versa users as if we are idiotic and causing the black screen. Sorry, you have lost my business as well as a lot of my friends and family. Your warranty and customer service is severely lacking. I would never recommend you to anyone looking for a tracker because you are running a scam.
