Feedback about the Versa after 11 Days.

Hello Fitbit folks,

First Fitbit Charge in February, 2015, replacement in 2016, Fitbit Surge in 2017, Fitbit Versa as of May 1, 2018. After navigating through all the speed bumps of updating and installing, I have my device tweaked and working as advertised. Yes, I have several gripes with it, especially with the Charging Cradle (no data?), USB cable placement is in the way of the band? Really? No one saw that? D'oh! Music transfer via the desktop app only? Moan! Filtered wifi through BT? In spite of its short comings, the Fitbit Versa is the best smart fitness tracker, not a smartwatch, a smart fitness tracker. I love it!

I appreciate you have shared your experience with the Fitbit Charge, Surge and now with the Fitbit Versa. I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you've gone through and I'd like to thank you for the feedback you have provided, this is very important for us as we're always trying to improve our trackers and watches.
