My girlfriend bought me a versa special edition for christmas and i was very happy with it until today my screen cracked. I don't know how but i figured i would just get it fixed. Well that won't happen because fitbit does not fox broken screens and does not make replacement ones and they told me that they would give me 25% off my next one. That won't happen because i will not spend another $220 on a product that does not warranty anything nor make it replaceable. Very upset with the company and won't be buying anything fitbit again.

Really? I am in UK so not up on consumer rights in USA but surely a one year warranty is common practise? R-

Yes they have a 1 year warranty but they said they can not do anything about the broken screen. Very upset with them.

I think it's about time we all just admit to ourselves: Fitbit sucks! We need to stop buying them.

My Versa 2 screen cracked after a few days. It looked like a blemish, but it was a crack under or within the screen. It wasn't due to impact or misuse - it looked like a stress crack.
At least my Versa 1 lasted almost two years before the screen just fell out of the casing.
