Hello!
I currently have the s8 and I bought my versa a year ago and I NEVER had a single issue, I wanted to upgrade but eventhough the s10+ is not in their compitable devices yet I wanted to know if anyone who has both (s10+versa) has any issues with connection , notification (texts, emails etc) or apps...any feedback will be very helpful!
Thanks a lot!

It's great to see you around @E222 ! I am sorry for the delayed response.
It's great to hear you've been enjoying your Fitbit Versa! I understand your concern regarding the Samsung S10+ working with your device. As you mentioned at this time Samsung S10+ is not compatible, however it doesn't mean that it won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some of its functions might work intermittently. To set up notifications please see here.
Please visit this help article if your device isn't receiving notifications.
I'll be around if you need further assistance. Happy stepping!

Hello,
I just purchased the S10 plus yesterday and is 100% compatible with my Versa including all the notifications....I can say that loads the data on the Fitbit app even faster compare to the s8!
I didn't even have to restart the versa firmware at all.
Thanks a lot!
