Feedback on quality of Fitbit Versa

I’ve had my Fitbit Versa for 7 months and it stopped working. Initially stopped accurately tracking my HR, the stopped counting steps all together. Customer service was great and sent a new one rapidly as it was still under warranty, but a luxury item ($200), should not stop working 7 months after buying. Btw-this is my 4th Fitbit product and I’ve yet to have one last longer than 18 months. I’m sorry to say, this will be last purchase of a Fitbit product until they can fix their quality issues with their products. Has anyone had a product that has made it to the two year marker or longer?

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa had to be replaced after 7 months. I totally understand how you feel about this. Your feedback and comments are greatly appreciated since this helps us to keep improving.
