I have made sure the app has been updated to version 3.0. Mine states 3.3

 

I have also turned off the bluetooth, closed all programs running turned off phone. Restarted phone, turned on bluetooth and everytime I go into the FHT is crashes the app.

 

The app is still crashing what should I do?

It sounds like you may be affected by an ongoing bug that fitbit are looking into. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are making updates:

I have managed to get the app to work by doing the following:

 

Uninstall the app

Restart your phone

Install the app
