Female Heath Tracker causing app to crash

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My app and Versa are up to date and work perfectly except... every time I go to the Female Health Tracker on the app, it crashes. I've restarted everything just as Fitbit recommend and it's still not working properly and hasn't been for a few days now. Help!

@Mrs_M_82 A warm welcome to our Community!

Let me help you with your Fitbit app and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also try removing the tile before doing all this process by following these instructions. After that add it back again.

Let me know how it goes.

I am having this same issue.  I have restarted my watch, phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, turning off bluetooth etc and nothing works.  It seems like a bug in the app.... ?

I've done all of that a couple of times and it still doesn't work. I have an Oppo AX5

I'm having the same issue. I need to edit something but can't get into my female health tile. I've tried restarting my phone (Oppo R15), removing the tile then re-adding it, restarting the app etc. Bit frustrating.

Very much so when the tracker tile doesn't update or gives the wrong info. Still the only part of my app that still doesn't work no matter what I do
