Female tracker no longer showing on my watch?

Female tracker no longer showing up on my watch. It was there yesterday. It’s on my phone but not my watch. Any advice would be appreciate it.

Have you checked that the "cycle tracker" is checked on the watch settings? (Swipe up and scroll to the bottom for settings)

Thank you for your advice but I tried and it’s not even in options anymore when I scroll down?!  I didn’t delete or do anything it’s just not there anymore.
