My versa stopped tracking heart rate after the latest update. I've noticed significantly shorter battery life as well. Customer support is unavailable but I've factory reset the watch, cleaned the watch without soap, turned heart rate monitoring off and resynced the watch and then turned it back on. Im still using the band the watch came with. I'm at a loss. I need the heart rate monitoring it's the only reason I bought the watch.

After reading all of the errors happening in the past 24 hours, I bought a Garmin watch. Goodbye Fitbit community and your planned obsolescence. Your products are glitchy and Im done being scammed by you.
