@Shonal There is only one way you can back up the data from your tracker - you need to sync it. If your versa is defective and cannot sync, then unfortunately the data will be lost. But, only data that's on the tracker. WHatever was synced before will remain on your Fitbit account. So open your Fitbit app and see till what date you can see the data. This is already backed up on the Fitbit servers and will be available to you always.
