Today is the last time I am going to attempt to get the 'Bike' exercise to work correctly.
If it fails? As it has every other single time? In any way? To either record the correct mileage I cycle, for the Versa to maintain GPS throughout the whole ride? If it fails to connect (yes checked functionality before I left home) as I start my ride and if the Versa or the app fails me once more 'in any way' to record my workout in full?
That is it FitBit. Period. I'm done with your badly supported, non functional tacky & 'gimmicky' products.
18 hour battery life or not? I'm moving to Apple watch 5 GPS on the 20 September.

Hi Edson,
Bike rides: Calorie count is not correct or consistent as is not mileage cycled.
App is still not crediting miles ridden to my daily dashboard totals.
Strava gets calories burnt & mileage ridden totals right & that is linked via FitBit app.
I too wear MyZone. There is no correlation data effort & calories burnt between FitBit & Myzone but there is between Strava & MyZone.
I know distance of the route I am '15.23 miles' on as I walk, run & ride it. I do so as it gives me everything I need workout wise: 'hills trails & flat' & in total safety as there is little to no road traffic to contend with.
I know the distance as when I first started to learn it I was so off a GPX file 'Ordnance Survey' via handheld SatMap GPS guidance.
No, I did not want to move to Apple 'short battery life being reason'.
It was finally getting through to right person telephone support -1 day before Apple launch Smartwatch 5 GPS that prevented that from happening.
Replacement Versa is on its way. Thank you.
I have already procured full wrap around bezel as well as anti scratch screen protectors off Amazon.
I urge others to do the same.
Have a good day,
🦆
