I have a problem with my Versa 2 only being able to "Find my Phone" directly after a sync.
If i have not recently opened the app (at which point the sync occurs) then it simply does not find my phone, even if it is right next to it.
So im wondering if,
A, Is this normal ?
B how often do i have to have to initiate a sync ?
C Why doesn't it automatically Sync ?
D Is there a way to have the find my phone facility to work without having to sync first?

@Bunt123 It's nice to see you in the Fitbit Community. Thank you for getting in touch about this.
I've moved your post to the Versa 2 board. I'll be happy to clarify your inquiries.
When using the Find Phone Feature, the watch display an animation of a phone and your mobile device will play a sound. If it can't find your phone then move to a different location and try again. After 3 attempts your device shows you troubleshooting tips.
Take into consideration that the Fitbit app should be open and running in the background and your Versa 2 needs to be connected to your phone's Bluetooth.
Learn more about how Fitbit sync their data on this article.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
