I just replaced my broken Versa 2 with a new Versa 2. I had the FitBit Find My Phone App loaded on the old V2 and used it all the time. I just set up the new watch and tried to download Find My Phone. Every time I try, the "install" button is greyed out and I get a pink warning that says "To install this app, make sure the FitBit App on your phone and your Fitbit device have the latest update."
My phone (Pixel 4) and my watch have the latest FB updates installed. I have restarted the Fitbit, uninstalled and reeinstalled the Fitbit app on my phone and restarted my phone. Same message. I also tried using the Fitbit app on my computer, but that wouldn't even load the Find My Phone app page.
Any ideas?

Its likely your versa 2 firmware wasn't updated during the setup of the new watch.
Just to be sure, lets check your current status
What phone do you have?
What is your app version?

And what is your watch version?

That explains it - the Fitbit App is up to date but the watch has a pre "Find my phone" firmware.
At this point its probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you to get the latest version via a regular update.
