Find my phone app not Available along with half the clock faces

Hi, I just purchased a versa 2 and set it up today. I noticed while changing clock faces that all the really good faces are either not available, or are hiding behind a pay wall. Also, the find my phone app, a big reason for the watch purchase, isn't even available. Before I send this thing packing back to Amazon I'd like to know if there was a easy fix for these issues. If not no biggie, I'll send it back with the speed of cabbage.

Hi @bongorock - it may be the Setup didn't go right.

Did it install the latest firmware as part of the process? In all probability not which will deny you access to the more recent clock faces as you have old factory reset version.

If you are looking with Google for clock faces you will find some that are made for other watches only so check that it was made for your watch model.

If you look for clock faces via the gallery tile in the app it will find only ones for your watch model.

If you didn't get the latest firmware it may take a few days for the update to appear.

If you can't wait you can perform a factory reset from the watch Settings About menu. Wait at least several minutes for it to complete and the set it up all over again.

You will need the watch on charge and near the WiFi source.

I also received my Versa 2 yesterday. I have gone through set up twice. Each time says it Is installing latest firmware. I bought this specifically for SpO2 and it will not install- shows unavailable. Chat support was 0 help. Trying to find an answer before sending back. Frustrating.

Hi @Rnn  - check on your watch which firmware version you have, in Settings, About.

The latest is currently 35.72.1.19

In some countries the SpO2 might not be available.

mine says 70.7.14

click check for updates and it says I am up to date.

@Rnn - it is a available in the US but that is the original firmware version and doesn't support SpO2 as you have found.

To find out while the setup failed to install the latest version In the Fitbit App click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
