Find my phone

A month ago my wife got her Fitbit versa 2, I loved it. Today I got mine.

One App that draw my attention was the "Find my Phone", which works 100% on my wife's versa 2, but on my device it is not installed. Trying to install it, it says it is not available for my device. Firmware is up to date.

So... how is it that my wife's versa 2 has "Find my Phone" but for my versa 2 it is not available?

Since you just got it today, be patient.  You probably have a firmware coming in a few days that will include it.

Has it shown up on your Versa2? I got mine today and it doesn’t show up on mine either. Wondering if I should wait or contact them for a replacement

Your Versa2 will get a firmware update in the next few days. As soon as the update is done, "Find my Phone" will be available.

Just hang in there for a few days.

Mine did show up after the update.

Versa 2 ships with find my phone pre loaded. I have the versa 2 UK version and has the app built in. Although it doesn't work, just says not connected, when in fact it is

Recently purchased versa 2, in device find Phone works only when app in open. If close the app your on phone home screen. Find Phone is not working/gives ring.

Same problem. On Versa 1 and Versa 2.
