Hello @Rojai

First make sure your Fitbit App has the latest update then open your Fitbit App then tap your profile picture. Now scroll down and tap Vera 2 then tap gallery. Next tap apps located in the upper right of your screen. Once that opens tap on the magnifying glass at the top and type in Find My Phone in the search bar at the top then tap search on your keypad. Here you will find the app your looking for. Just tap which app you want.
I hope that answers your question. Let me know. 😃 Happy Stepping!

Hi, MegaBite

I got my replacement Versa 2 today, and the Find My Phone app is showing Not Available. This app is not compatible with your Fitbit device. It was on the one that died due to factory reset. Advice, please? Thanks.

Hello @dle31353

Make sure your using the most up to date version of the Fitbit App. I have Versa 2 as well and I didn’t have any difficulty finding the Find My Phone App in my Gallery. Are you following this path: open Fitbit app, tap profile picture, scroll down and tap Versa 2 and tap Gallery. Tap magnifying glass in upper right. Type in FindMy Phone, tap enter on your keyboard. If you don’t see it then tap the “see all” button

Yes, doing all that, and I see the app, but it says "NOT AVAILABLE" (grayed out) and when clicked, says Not Available. This app is not compatible with your Fitbit device. So, then, I click Learn More and find the How do I update my Fitbit device page. Which I follow and find nothing needs to be updated. It's a dilemma!

Let’s try this @dle31353

Tap profile picture then scroll down and tap Help & Support. Now scroll down and tap Check for Versa 2 Update. This may or not work but because you just started this New Versa 2 sometimes it takes several days for your App to receive the Versa 2 Firmware update if it’s not current. You can check which version you have by again tapping profile picture then tap Versa  2…look at the Versa 2 image and tell me what version yours is. Mine is currently updated and it’s version 72.1.19

Thanks. It says Versa 2 is up to date! Shows Firmware Version 35.70.7.14

I chatted with support and was told that my device is in the process of doing a firmware update and is currently only 15% done. In reading other posts on here, it seems that particular app "may" appear once the firmware update is complete. I'll let you know!

That’s what I said @dle31353 . In my previous post I said it might be a couple of days for the firmware to arrive. Your Firmware you are saying in your post Firmware Version 35.70.7.14 is not updated. It should be 35.72.1.19 version. But if I knew you were going to contact Fitbit I would have just let them answer you.

I apologize. It seems I've upset you by reaching out to Fitbit support. I am grateful for your help. I was having other issues related to my clock face which is why I chatted with them and they said it could be firmware related. They then checked my account and gave me the information I shared with you. I was not intending to waste your time. Please accept my apology. Have a nice day.

Curious, since I am having the same issue. Did your version of firmware update and, if so, did your problem resolve?  I was at 2% when  I contacted them yesterday. Over 24 hours later and I am still having issues.
