Hi @Rubysbaby1 - have a look here Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

The phone needs to be able to sync and connect for that function to work, often a logout of  Fitbit App and restart of watch and phone will resolve it.

Thank you. That worked although I tried restarting the watch before but not the App.
