Firbit won't work after being in hot tub

I went I a hot tub while wearing my fit bit. Since this, my device won't turn on or hold battery life. 

The fitbit logo is shown on the screen while on charge, but nothing eles.

I've emailed customer service and they said to try go in the app and  change the clock on screen, but my phone won't sync wiry my device as it won't turn on. 

Has anyone eles had a problem like this ?

@West123 as mentioned in this help article is not recommended to wear your Fitbit in a hot tub. If you put it in a container of rice for a few days, that might help dry out your Fitbit. I would definitely recommend that you continue working with Customer Support on this issue. Good luck!
