I've seen a few posts about this, so I figured I'd post as well in hopes Fitbit gets their dev team's act together to correct this update. I downloaded it on 1/16/21; prior to then, no issues. Did my HIIT workout just an hour or so later, and it didn't correctly track my heartrate or my active zone minutes. It's been doing the same ever since, and I've taken the steps Fitbit has recommended on these board posts to attempt to fix it.
Hopefully they get a fix to this soon before a lot of their customers walk away to other devices.

Looks like they added the same heart rate flaws in the upgrade as exist on the Sense and Versa 3.

Same here. Anyone get a reply from Fitbit? Let me guess, the same old "factory reset the watch, reinstall the app and resync" rubbish!
My update came through at the weekend. Just done my usual Crossfit workout. Last week my avg HR was 130bpm. Today it was 88 and never got above 99bpm!
