My new Versa has been working on down loading the firmwear and syncing for 4 hours. It is at about 40%. Why is it taking so long? How much longer should I wait before returning it to the store for one that works?

hello @MichelleMoose into sure, but it should have been done by now.
My thought would be to kill the app and restart the update.
As for how long it should take, that will depend on if your using WiFi or bluetooth.
