Firmware update is not working on Versa Lite

The new update has totally compromised my watch! I've reset the watch to the factory default, and reinstalled the app, The update is not completing on my watch and now I'm not sure what to do next. I've had the watch since August 2019 and the recent update totally rendered my watch not unusable. Any suggestions and/or has anyone else encountered this problem?

Just wanted to let you know I am having the same issue. Did a factory default reset because sync for app has not worked since 11/22/2019 & now app seems to be syncing though now I can not get my watch to work or get the firmware update to work either.
