I’ve been very happy with my Fitbit Versa 1. Since the last firmware update at the beginning of January my heart rate has been off the charts. I’ve had my Versa detect my heart rate at 190 bpm while I was sleeping. During the day it is consistently around 130-150bpm. I have reset my watch multiple times and it stabilizes for a half hour then it goes off the charts again. A replacement would be great or a fix on the firmware would also be ok.

@yujis Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with the incorrect heart rate reading on your Versa and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.
