Firmware update taking too long in Versa Lite

[bug] On step 2 of 3 of downloading using the android app, it can show downloading... 101%. Now I wonder whether any number from the apps is reliable.

 

The technical support just confirmed that downloading a firmware could take 30 mins. It was outrageous since we can stream 60fps 4K games in 2020, but a watch firmware took 30 mins in a 1 Gbps connection
