My new versa arrived today and it won't set up. Keeps saying a firmware update is available but it won't update. turned phone on and off. Uninstalled and reinstalled. I had a blaze and had no problems. I've got a samsun s9 phone. Need help please

Check Wifi Settings on phone. First Connect Wifi on phone, then setup wifi on watch through fitbit app and try
