Three days ago my sleep monitoring stopped. Then my heartrate (on the fitbit) stopped. then i noticed my versa lite was draining overnight. I restarted; then eventually did a total wipe clean factory restart. Battery working better, but BPM/heartrate and hence sleep tracking is just not working at all. I find this VERY annoying for a tracker that is less than a year old. My first Versa could be my last! HELP!!!

I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
