Anybody else having problems with the fit bit app not syncing activities to strava

Yep, absolutely - I am experiencing the same issue with my Versa 2. Very frustrating. Was advised by Fitbit to contact Strava, and by Strava to contact Fitbit. I can link my Fitbit account to my Strava account fine via Strava, but according to Fitbit there is no link - I believe Fitbit is the one at fault as I am unable to find the settings for the Strava app on my Fitbit app - they have disappeared.

The same happened last year with Strava saying that they no longer linked up with fit bit,there was a lot of unhappy user’s. But within a day everything was back up & working. Do I wondering if it’s the same issue this time🤷‍:male_sign:

Hi,did you get your problem solved? I disconnected my fit bit app from Strava then connected it back up and it sorted the problem,hope this helps.
