My Fitbit Versa 2 went from holding a charge for about 5 days to holding a charge for only about 6 hours. It no longer has a warning to let me know the battery is drained, it just dies and then I get the battery with exclamation point. I received it as a christmas gift in December 2019. Do these really only last about 3 years? Is there anything I can do to get this to hold a charge longer than 6 hours. Charged it at 8 this morning. Put it on around 9:30. Its 4 and its almost dead. This is disappointing.

Hi @MelissaKintop - it would seem it got wet at some point and water got in.
This is the symptoms I have. Neither restarting it with a full Shutdown or factory reset from the watch Settings About menu has helped.
But you can try it may work for you, though be warned a factory reset can kill the watch entirely so avoid it. Wait at least several minutes for the operations to complete before doing anything with the watch.
