Fit bit Versa Wont record sleep, steps per hour or active minutes

I just bought my versa yesterday upgrading from a charge 2 in hopes of it truly being an upgrade. So far it hasn't been, ive went through troubleshooting both the app and the watch itself to no avail. The versa recorded my steps, exercise, and miles which is why im confused about why the other parts arent working. My charge 2 was perfect on all fronts, is there any way to make the versa the same.

My Versa has stopped recording active minutes and sleep time for the past few days.  Whats going on?  It had been working fine.

The bpm stopped working.   Beware mine has been returned to Fitbit for replacement since May 4 with no replacement sent as of May 23rd. They just told me my color is now in backorder and will be another 2-3 weeks. Worst customer service ever!
