Hi there, my fit bit says it has been locked dueto warranty or lost/stolen claim. I just bought this fit bit, "new" on ebay. Fitbits customer service is absoultely atrocious, and hasn't responded to me in 4 days. When i called to make sure they had my email correct, they did not, and finally sent me a claim number from. "Different department" that they can't transfer me to. Has anyone else had this issue? My watch wont do anything since i re-set it trying to correct this issue. It connected fine for the first few days, then locked me out. 😞 i just want my (expensive) new watch to work!

Have you contacted your seller on eBay or eBay themselves? That might be the best way for you to go and the fastest.

I am in the exact same boat. Same problem as you mentioned! Fitbit customer service was not very helpful. Told me to restart everything and factory reset my Fitbit and when I enter the code it shows it says that it cannot be paired due to stolen/or replacement and I just bought it on eBay yesterday. Customer service said it didn’t finish setting up but it when I was setting it up it told me I was good to go then it stopped syncing. I contacted the person I got it off of and they are sending me a new one. I’m still trying to find a way to fix this one I have now.

They told me amazon is a retailer but not eBay bah bunch of bull crap. Yea I’m getting a replacement to. They said something with the previous code and stuff they can’t do anything about it. Can’t fix it on their end and there is no way it can be fixed
