I’ve had my Fitbit verse for 2 years now and on Sunday the screen only showed half of the clock face and now my versa won’t even turn on. I tried the factory reset many times, changed the clock face when I was still able to see part of the screen image, charging it, and getting a new charger. I don’t know what else to do 😞

Basically the same things happened to me this morning! Completely black screen and not responding to any troubleshooting.

Mine did the same...there is a dark blue box around the black screen.  Have tried all the suggestions and nothing works.  I am still getting informatin on my phone about steps, etc. but my watch is blank.
