My Fitbit versa isn't turning on. I thought it's just totally battery drained, but it's been in the charger for almost 1 day and still isn't turning on I tried to do that trouble shooting? (Pressing that 3 buttons on both sides for 3 minutes or more than that) it does turn on so I was like ok it's working then. I saw its says 60% battery life so I charge it. Then again it blackout and again I tried to turn it on (long press those 3 buttons) isn't turning on and the temperature of my Versa become so hot like totally HOT!! And still hasn't turning on. I have this watch for 1 year now but isn't it supposed to still in good condition? Feels like I bought this watch from china 😕 I'm very disappointed.

Mine started doing the exact same thing. I called Fitbit and pretty much got no where except they will give me 25% off something no where as nice as my versa. I haven’t even had it a year, he was talking about warranty until I said I bought it at Target. Then basically I have a $200 watch that won’t work.

We have tried holding the side and bottom button down. The fitbit logo will come on but usually will just shut off before it goes through its power cycle. A couple of times it has come to the watch face like it was going to work but was unresponsive and just shut off again after a few seconds. Hopefully a moderator is around to help? Will not be buying another fitbit product if this is how it is. We'll try calling after the holiday weekend. We got it at best buy but didn't get the warranty.
