Fit bit versa lite not showing sleep score or connecting to phone GPS

My versa lite has not been showing my sleep score for several weeks. The app is up to date and I have restarted the fit bit but it is not working. Also just this week my fit bit will not connect to my phone gps and hasn’t been showing my route when I jog. What can I do to resolve these issues. Thanks
