Fit bit versa not working properly since bought

I bought my versa 3 days ago, it’s not been tracking my sleep, it doesn’t track the info on the watch to the app, so for example I log my water on the watch but it doesn’t sync to the app. It freezes frequently, it doesn’t show messages, it doesn’t vibrate when I need to move. I have an iPhone and never had issues before with other Fitbit devices.

 

Ive followed all the instructions on the guides and through the forum support information but it’s still not working right. I’ve had fitbits for the past 5 years and this one is terrible! I’m so disappointed that it’s not doing what it’s supposed to do! 

 

Any advice would be great before i take it back for a replacement or refund!
