Fit bit versa rib knit band

Hi has anyone else bought the knit band from Fitbit for their versa?

I have only been able to wear mine for 2 weeks! It’s stretched so much that the band is so loose and now the actual Fitbit doesn’t even touch my wrist. I bought it as an accessory to go with the versa I’d received at Christmas,

im so disappointed. Trying to get a refund as I’m sure it’s faulty as that is totally not right. 

Last day for returns is 31 st January. Just wondering if anyone else hasn’t had this problem?

Hi, I would advice you to send it back and contact Customer Support about this. This is not normal as it is a Fitbit band.

Thanks. I've contacted customer service on facebook messenger who had originally said I only had 45 days to return it so I was too late. I've messaged again as my husband looked and it says any purchases made in Nov and December have till 31st January to return products. I have a feeling that it will be too late.

The item is faulty though and that's not my fault so technically they should refund it. X
