Hey guys,
My son had purchased a Fitbit Versa 2 for me, as well as for himself.
2 months ago, he went on a trip to a beach house with some friends, and when he got home, his Fitbit wouldn't charge and all it showed was a black screen.
Fast forward till now, the same thing is happening to my Versa 2. I only wear it to work and am always careful with taking care of it.
I work at a Hospital, and always need to constantly wash my hands and watch bands constantly. The actual watch I wipe down with a clean cloth, but other than that I don't do any exercise or do anything which could cause the Fitbit to get roughed up.
Have tried all the troubleshooting, whether it was holding 2 buttons, 3 buttons for 2 mins, 5 mins, 7 mins, nothing seems to be working.
Does anyone else know any other troubleshooting solutions I can try? As I said, this has happened to my son's watch, and the same thing to mine, maybe we got a faulty batch?
Help would be appreciated!

same has happened to me... its running hot, wont charge....it barely shows 0% & goes black....VERY FRUSTRATED...
A week ago steps were missing, then it seemed back to normal, now this!
