Hi,
I reside in South Africa. FitBit repair services are absolutely non-existent here. I bought my Fitbit Versa on the 11th of August 2020, so it is still under warranty. The Versa is advertised as being water resistant up to 50m. I went swimming this weekend to track my laps and the battery instantly drained. It has been in rice of 2 days now. It won't charge and it is not going on after holding in the power button for 12 seconds. How do I go about getting a replacement?
