Wow FitBit...really disappointed. Had my Versa for a little over a year, used it with normal daily wear and now battery is suddenly dead and won't charge. I did all the obvious troubleshooting. Called customer service and of course I'm JUST past my one year warranty so they can only offer me a discount on a new one. Didn't expect this kind of quality on a $200 product and won't be paying more money for another that I may just have to replace in another year. I really love the ease of use with the Fitbit app, especially the female tracking but can't believe the product itself could be so shoddy and the company's response to rectify the situation to be so terrible. Unfortunately Fitbit...I'm out...

I have the same thing going on battery draining in 18 hours, this was a replacement for a dead 1 month old Versa last year. Not happy with this product hate to go with the other team lol but they may have a better product.

So they have decided not to replace your Fitbit? Any suggestions on alternate watches and fitness trackers?

Hi They have replaced it with a refurbished unit . I hope I get at least a year out of it.
Good luck. Customer service and this forum is helpful.
