FitBit Versa is not Pairing with OnePlus2 phone

I've just got the Fitbit versa andI am very frustrated. I have repeatedly tried to pair it with my Oneplus2 but it seems that the watch passcode is not matching. My phone is able to detect VErsa and it displays passcode to pair. None of the passcodes match and it always number didn;t match , try again. I also tried to reinstall the application and sign up with a new account but I still face the same issue. I have also tried restarting the fitbit versa, my phone off and on, Bluetooth off and off. Nothing works. But it connects to my old Redmi Phone.

Waste of Buying Versa for Oneplus devices.

Im afraid I can only see one OnePlus phone on the Supported devices list and it is not the one you have, so I fear you may be correct in saying it wont work. Do you have another device You could use (like a tablet or laptop)?

I also have the versa and oneplus2. They're not compatible! I've had the versa for a couple months now waiting for compatibility. The support staff seemed to think it was the fitbit application that isn't compatible but my old fitbits synced just fine. It's frustrating to buy a $200 device for it to be incompatible..

You won't be able to install the Versa with your OnePlus 2. If you have another compatible device, you might be able to push through the set-up process. I was able to get mine installed and synced using an old Nexus 7. I sync nightly with my laptop and wireless dongle, but I get no notifications, no custom watch faces, etc.

Since the phone isn't on the compatible list, I guess I can only blame myself... but I've used two other Fitbit devices on my OPT without a problem and didn't think to look because of this. It stinks.

the "compatibility" list is RIDICULOUS, Android is a platform, as an application you either support Android or you don't, I sync w/ multiple devices w/ my Android phone, not only are there not problems but no other vendor has a "compatibility" list...there are a 1000 Android devices, if this magical list tests 100 of them that lets them drop support for the other 900?  come one, this is a software problem ...hire Android developers that know what they are doing.
