I just bought a FitBit Versa and when I lift my wrist to look at the time it doesn't come up - I have to press a button to see it. With my previous model it always showed me the time without me needing to use my other hand. Can anyone tell me if this is something I have set wrong or if it is faulty?
Hold left button down to get the "Screen Wake" setting screen and set it to Auto. If a different screen appears, swipe left or right as necessary to the Screen Wake screen.

I am having the same problem, and my screen wake is set to auto. Sometimes when I lift my wrist is goes on, and sometimes it doesn't. This is so annoying. Do you have any other suggestions?
