My Versa decided to suddenly not connect to my phone through Bluetooth today. It wouldn’t even come up as an option on Bluetooth settings to connect to. Also could not be found on FitBit App when I tried to refresh and sync. So I turned it off in hope that turning it back on again, it would connect to Bluetooth. But now it won’t turn on at all! I have tried all the ways to turn it on, reset, factory reset. I’ve charged it for a few hours, won’t turn on, tried all the button combinations again, still won’t turn on. I’ve cleaned the back of the device and the pins on the charger with rubbing alcohol. NOTHING works. Please help me! I only got it a few days ago and I’m gutted.

Hmm. Try pressing all of the buttons at once for about 10 seconds. That should work.
