Help! I charged by FitBit Versa yesterday & today it stopped working and show 0% charge. I charged it again today and it ran beautifully for 4 hours. It is now stopped working. I cannot get a display on face & the green lights are not lit on the back. I tried to do a hard set based on feedback in this blog. I held the left button and bottom right button down for 10 seconds, no response. I held all 3 buttons down for 3 minutes, no respond. I tried to charge it again, but it will not even show 0%, just a black display face. I have had this FitBit Versa for approximately 9 months and never had a problem until today. I love this device. Please help me get it working again! Thank you!

I've been having the same problem the past few days. I've even been having to charge my versa 2x a day now because it will not hold a charge anymore after just a year.
