FitBit showing 260 active minutes in one day without exercise?

So I started a new medication that raises my heart rate a bit. On a normal day I get about 24-25 active minutes. But yesterday I had 260 active minutes and 12+ hours in calorie burning zone! It showed that my HR was 140-153 at some points when walking around, and 115-120 when just laying around. I’m wondering if my device is even accurate anymore. And if it is...well, a doctor visit is in order. Just seems so weird, it never felt like my pulse was crazy. Anyone else deal with something similar?

I’m no medical expert but is that safe having a heart rate that high??

In your case, I think you can manually change the individual heart rate zones to reflect this
