Hello @Sonjay

Have you tried restarting your Fitbit: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm. If the problem persist please let me know which Fitbit You have. (You typed Fitbit 2)

I’m hoping a restart helps. Please let me know

Hello @aga @Sonjay

I was hoping you had a Fitbit with the capabilities to do a restart while it’s still plugged into its charger but unfortunately Versa 2 is not one of them. Try placing in its charger for at least an hour then attempt to restart it again. It may take several try’s. Try it at least three times. If the issue persist then I would suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

I truly hoping a couple restarts help

I'm having the same exact issue with my versa 2. It won't reset either and won't charge. Customer support cannot do anything about it since it's out of warranty.

I think im going to give up on fitbit as Ive had 4 versas and each time a
couple of weeks out of warranty and they have all packed up for different
reasons.
