I have been trying to get Fitbit Agenda to work on my Versa 2 for several days and am getting quite frustrated by the fact that it does not work.
I am running the Fitbit App on an Android Device. On checking the permissions on the Agenda App, Calendar and Run in Background are toggled on. On checking the Agenda Settings, Local Calendar, Samsung Calendar and Google Calendar are all showing and are toggled on. I sync my Fitbit Versa 2 to my phone and on checking the Agenda App on my Versa 2 it shows correct date and states `Last synced <10m ago. It also states that there are No events today and no events tomorrow even when there are events on these days in my calendars. I have uninstalled / reinstalled / rebooted / restarted / synced multiple times and the Versa 2 always displays the same information of today's date / Lat synced ,10m and no events. Overall this is very frustrating. Any ideas why it is not working?

Has anyone with this exact issue (Agenda app shows "No Events Today", even when events exist) tried a factory reset and fixed the issue?

I am having the same issue and I am not keen on doing a factory reset when I received my new device yesterday morning and FINALLY have it all set up.
I noticed late last night that my calendar didn't sync and have been researching this morning with no luck thus far.

Hello! another user here with this exact issue! Did you ever have success in getting agenda app to work?

Did anyone attempt the factory reset? I still cannot get my calendars to show.

Same here in my versa 3... Never done a factory reset (does it work though?), and I'd prefer to avoid.
No event showing though.
Funny thing is that the 3rd party app "upcoming" shows the events, so companion side of the apps seem to work fine.

I am having this exact issue. Have uninstalled/reinstalled/factory reset to no avail. I will note that as long as there is a notification on my phone, I will see it on my Versa 2, but Agenda says no events.

I tried everything including a factory reset and that did not fix it for me.

Having exactly the same problem on my Charge 4. Dear Fitbit, do you have a solution?

5 months later and still doesn't work. I've given up on it at this point which is a shame because it's a feature I'd love to have work. If I upgrade my watch it probably will not be a Fitbit.

Hello Fitbit moderator. I just found this thread a year later. I have a Sense.
I had this problem suddenly begin a few weeks ago after having the agenda app working perfectly in sync with my native Android (Google) calendar for over a year.
I have been on the phone with your tech support for at least an hour or two times and have gotten no resolution.
I have also tried to install a third-party calendar app Events, and it shows the same result, which is there are no events to display.
I have done a factory reset.
I have also deleted my device and added my device as if it were a new Fitbit sense and still it changed nothing.
Please advise.

I am having the same problem with Agenda sync with my android phone. I don't want to do a factory reset if I don't work positively.

Wow, it sounds like you have done everything available to correct this issue. I too have a new Sense watch and would like to read how Fitbit corrects this sync problem. The agenda worked fine on my Versa 2 with my android phone.

Hi Bev. My name is Kim. Please call them on the phone and let them know so that they get that this is a common known issue and not just my problem. I'm still exchanging emails with them, but they don't really seem to have any place else to go with it. Let's double-teaming and see what we can do together! Happy Labor Day!

You too, Kim. I was reading the operating system of the cell phone may be the issue.

That doesn't make a lot of sense. I'm in the latest version of Android , and I just installed an update recently. Can you send me the link to the article that says that? I'll read a little bit more about it. Have a good night.

I tried the factory reset and nothing is different. The agenda still shows "no event" even though they are listed on my calendar.
