Every single time I open the fitbit app crashes after about 10 seconds. Also crashes if I touch the screen. It says, "Fitbit has stopped. Restart App. Give Feedback." IT WILL NOT STOP CRASHING!!!! This has been happening for about a week + now. My Fitbit Versa is brand new. It's very disappointing to make a new purchase like this that I can't even use. If this doesn't stop and if I don't get a response and resolution I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau. This is ridiculous.

I would uninstall the App and reinstall it.

I did. It stopped crashing but now I'm not getting any of my notifications on my Versa (texts, email, etc.)
