I purchased my daughter a Fitbit Versa 2 for her birthday and when I loaded the app on her phone it claimed to require a parent account, but she's 23?? How do I fix this???

Did you create a new account for her; maybe put in wrong birthdate saying she was under 13?
Or say it is an Ace 2 instead of a Versa 2, though I think even adults can use an Ace2 if really want to.
